　　5艺术中心2008年成立，位于北京朝阳区一号地国际艺术区，面积2000平米，它将与当下活跃的一批新一代学者、批评家、策展人合作，着重于发掘、呈现、推广今天中国与世界的艺术。5艺术中心与“当代艺术理论研究学会”一道，秉持研究艺术的态度，与艺术家携手书写艺术的历史。
